NCLAT Appeals

Challenging or defending NCLT orders before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) hears appeals against orders of the NCLT — including decisions in insolvency matters, company law disputes, and competition law (in certain cases). Given the strict timelines under IBC and company law, appellate proceedings at NCLAT demand immediate and well-prepared intervention.
