The Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) are specialised forums established under the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993. Proceedings here are faster and more focused than civil courts, making effective representation critical at every stage.
